Orabanda

As often happens when you set out in one direction along the meandering river, we call the journey of life, we had a focused goal to complete the building project on the adjacent Chibburn Court estate. However, we were approached by a land owner to ask if we would be interested in buying the land surrounding his home. After discussing it with our planning team and the local council to ascertain the likelihood of applying for and receiving planning permission we went ahead with the purchase. The resulting development gave hope to anyone with a clear vision of what can be achieved when likeminded people come together with a common cause. The homes we constructed are spacious, bright and with large plots of land to enjoy. Each home was built with an additional conservatory and all the owners had a full choice over the type of Bathrooms, Kitchen, Fireplace and Tiles. The spacious well-designed homes, and this freedom of choice may have been one of the deciding factors that 3 of the homes were purchased by one family and who still live in these homes today.
