Gilmours Avenue
Typical of the traditional extensions found throughout Scotland with design features including slate roofs, well-proportioned rooms, render to the external façade & stone window sills. The doors and windows in this extension allow light to cascade throughout the house and this is complimented by the vaulted ceilings. As with many of our extension projects we design and build to give the appearance that this was part of the original design when the home was built. Additionally, our architect designed the extension allowing the existing views from the house towards the Ochil’s in the west to remain intact. To complement the extension, we installed a lovely log burning fire for those cosy winter nights.
